Spicy Hot Sauce for Stir Fry, 220g

Description

This spicy stir-fry sauce is flavoured with chilli bean paste, garlic and ginger. It’s hot and fiery with a wonderful aroma from spices like cardamom and clove.

To use the sauce, stir-fry your meat and vegetables in a wok with a little oil. Then add the sauce and cook until everything is heated through.

This spicy stir-fry sauce is very versatile. Use it with tofu, prawns, chicken or thinly sliced beef. Serve your stir-fry with steamed rice or noodles.

You can also use this sauce as a base for soups or Chinese hot pot.
