Sea Sisters Cornish Sardines with Rosemary & Capers, 120g

Description

Sea Sisters Cornish sardines are flavoured with rosemary and capers. Serve them on toast for a fast, healthy meal. They’re delicious in salads and grain bowls, too. 

The delicate fillets are preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Sea Sisters adds rosemary and garlic to give them a Mediterranean flavour. Capers add a burst of briny tang that complements the oily fish.

Sardines are a store cupboard staple for seafood lovers. You can eat them straight from the tin with crusty bread to mop up the oil. Pair them with dips and olives for a midweek ‘picky tea’.

Try flaking the fillets into a spicy tomato sauce. Toss with spaghetti for a satisfying meal that’s on the table in minutes.

This is the name given to high quality tinned seafood in Spain and Portugal. Passionate about sustainability, they work with fisheries that use low impact fishing methods.
