Description

The sardines are from Mount’s Bay in Cornwall. They are prepared by hand, steamed and preserved in a spicy sauce. Cayenne pepper adds a kick which complements the oily fish.

Enjoy Rockfish sardines straight from the tin. They’re delicious on their own or seasoned with lemon and black pepper. We like to serve them as part of a tapas feast. Pair them with crusty bread and a glass of white wine.
