Red Shiso Furikake, 22g


Red shiso furikake is a salty, sour and refreshing garnish for white rice, seafood salads and onigiri - Japanese rice balls. Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment, traditionally made with dried fish and seaweed. This version swaps seaweed for red shiso, a crimson coloured plant with notes of hibiscus and cinnamon. 

As well as being used to garnish rice, this red shiso furikake is fantastic paired with burrata, and even fresh fruit salads.

Ingredients: Shiso in brine (red shiso, salt) Non-JA (75.47%), sugar, salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), acidulant (E296).

Storage: Keep at room temperature. After opening, close well and keep away from heat and moisture.
