Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment, traditionally made with dried fish and seaweed. This version swaps seaweed for red shiso, a crimson coloured plant with notes of hibiscus and cinnamon.
As well as being used to garnish rice, this red shiso furikake is fantastic paired with burrata, and even fresh fruit salads.
