Poon’s ‘Everything Everywhere’ sauce is a punchy Asian condiment. As the name suggests, it’s incredibly versatile. You can add it while you’re cooking or serve it as a dip.
The sauce is made from soy beans and chilli peppers. Brown sugar adds mellow sweetness and tames some of the heat. The flavours are beautifully balanced with spicy, tangy undertones.
‘Everything Everywhere’ sauce will become your go-to condiment. It takes simple dishes to a whole new level. Spoon it over grilled meat and noodle salads. Drizzle it over cod tempura or add a spoonful to a stir fry.
You can mix it with soy sauce to make a dip for dumplings. Add a splash of rice vinegar or black vinegar for a burst of acidity. The piquant sauce is delicious with wontons and siu mai.
