Salade de Fleurs is a mix of colourful, edible cornflowers. It’s a gorgeous garnish for birthday cakes and floral desserts. Is this your first time buying from us?

The flowers are organically grown in Albania and harvested in full bloom. This is when the colours are at their deepest. They are carefully cleaned and dried before the frilly petals are separated from the head. Mill & Mortar selects a range of colours to create a vibrant blend.

Salade de Fleurs is mainly used as a garnish for sweet dishes. They look fantastic on top of cheesecakes and ice cream sundaes. Try sprinkling them on top of cakes with floral flavours, such as rose water and orange blossom.

Salade de Fleurs is ideal for cocktails and mocktails. Add a colourful sprinkle to a G&T or a glass of rose lemonade. The flowers can also be frozen to create beautiful ice cubes.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
