Made from the finest Italian white Alba truffle, this white truffle oil has a deep umami aroma that mellows to a gentler flavour with a subtle sweetness. This makes it ideal as a finishing oil as the delicate balance doesn’t overwhelm other flavours.

The production of gourmet oils is a time-honoured tradition in France. Originally, each village had a mill which roasted and extracted the oil from nuts gathered by local farmers.
