Kalios white balsamic vinegar is a tangy condiment from southern Greece. It’s lighter and sweeter than traditional balsamic. You can use it in sauces, vinaigrettes and to deglaze your pan. Is this your first time buying from us?

This unique condiment is made with grape varieties grown in the Peloponnese. It’s aged in oak barrels for a year to deepen its flavour. Expect bright, fruity notes with a hint of citrus and candied fruit.

Unlike regular balsamic, white balsamic doesn’t change the colour of your recipe. You can use it in light, delicate dishes with fish, white meat and vegetables. Drizzle it over grilled prawns or sea bass just before serving. Or, add a dash to syrups for fruit and ice cream.

The balance of sweetness and acidity works beautifully in salad dressings. Mix it with honey, mustard and olive oil to make a delicious vinaigrette. The flavour complements roasted vegetables and bitter leaves like endive and radicchio.

With a softer, sweeter flavour than aged balsamic, this condiment is extremely versatile. You can even use it in cocktails. A small splash adds tangy complexity to a fruity spritz.
