Dudu Eats Lemongrass chilli oil is handmade in small batches. Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, it adds instant heat to stir fries and noodle soups. 

This fiery condiment is a labour of love. It has a slow-cooked, naturally fermented base of shallots, garlic and galangal. The bright, citrusy flavour of lemongrass shines through. Soy sauce and shiitake mushrooms create layers of umami, while peanuts add subtle crunch.

Drizzle Dudu Eats chilli oil over fried rice and noodle salads. It’s fantastic in dipping sauces for wontons and chicken satay. The aroma of Thai herbs transforms the simplest of dishes. We love its nutty crunch and satisfying spicy kick.

Dudu Eats chilli oil is handmade by a mother-and-daughter duo. It’s the brainchild of Romany Henry, a culinary-trained chef and food content creator. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Phuket. Now living in London, Romany shares her passion for food and travel on social media.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
