The ground leaves of Clearspring’s Sencha green tea makes a beautifully light and refreshing drink to be enjoyed all day long. Sencha green tea is the most popular green tea variety in Japan, loved for its fresh, grassy flavour with a hint of sweetness.
Infuse this loose ground tea in freshly boiled water for only 1-2 minutes and enjoy. Use 1 teaspoon per person.
Clearspring sourced their quality Green tea from the three-generations-old Nagata farm in the hills of Kyoto. This family continues to use ancient techniques without pesticides or herbicides, to produce the highest quality crops that remain productive for up to 4 years. They hand-blanch, dry and roast the leaves to ensure the unique flavours of the individual blend are maximised in every batch.
