Made in Taiwan, the sauce is flavoured with hot chilli peppers and dried shrimp. It’s rich in umami with a spicy, savoury flavour.

Chilli shrimp sauce adds instant heat and fishy flavour to Asian dishes. Spoon it over sea bass or steamed dumplings. You can also mix it with mayonnaise to make a dip for squid tempura.
