Thailand’s most famous brand of Sriracha chilli sauces is enriched with spicy garlic, bringing extra garlicky pungency to grilled meat, kebabs, sandwiches, noodles and stews. The Flying Goose sriracha with extra garlic is made from 65% sun-dried chillies together with 15% garlic. Sriracha sauce is named after the coastal Thai city, Si Racha.
