The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff mixtures without overheating or overworking the dough.

The large steel bowl can accommodate up to 5kg of dough. It’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and stable on your counter. You can even set a timer for hands-off dough mixing.

The pasta attachments are made in Italy. They fit easily onto the mixer to create restaurant-worthy pasta. The pasta roller has six different thickness settings. Use the thinner settings to roll fine sheets for ravioli. Thicker sheets are great for lasagne and pappardelle.
