It attaches to the Ankarsrum stand mixer and cuts silky pasta sheets into delicate 2mm strands. You can roll your pasta sheets by hand or use Ankarsrum’s pasta roller attachment.
The spaghetti attachment is made by Marcato, an Italian company that has been producing premium pasta equipment for more than 80 years.
