100% buckwheat noodles are perfect for anyone following a gluten-free diet. These soba-style noodles are made only with organic buckwheat flour.

Buckwheat is a seed rather than a grain, and confusingly is not related to wheat at all! Buckwheat has a nutty flavour and is high in fibre, protein and minerals. These noodles are possibly the healthiest and most nutritious ‘fast food’ you can make – they only take 5 minutes to cook in boiling water!

Buckwheat noodles are a great alternative to wheat or egg noodles in any Asian dish. They’re ideal for Japanese yakisoba – fried soba noodles with stir-fried meat and/or vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Or enjoy in noodle soups, and even as an alternative to pasta.
