Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea

For a refreshing summer drink try this strawberry bubble tea! Made with a strawberry puree base and topped with strawberry popping boba - it'll satisfy any strawberry craving. You could even try blending the strawberries with the milk and a little cream for more of a milkshake texture. Ingredients for Strawberry Bubble Tea Serves: 2

  • 5g loose black tea leaves (preferably Assam) or 2 black tea bags
  • 450ml Hot water
  • 150ml Milk 
  • 130g Strawberry popping boba
  • 200g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Ice
  • Extra Wide Straws For Boba

Make The Bubble Tea

  1. Steep the tea in the hot water and leave to cool (until lukewarm is fine). If using tea bags, remove them before the next step.
  2. Chop the strawberries and add the sugar. Blend together to make a puree. 
  3. Pour the strawberry puree into the glass over some ice, and add the black tea.
  4. Top it up with milk and add in some syrup from the popping boba to sweeten to your liking.
  5. Add in your popping boba and chopped fruit
  6. Stick in your boba straw and enjoy!
