• Zabaione with Marsala Superiore Ambra Dolce DOP - A splash of fortified wine lends warming sweetness.
• Zabaione with Moscato d'Asti DOCG - This zabaione is flavoured with Moscato, a lightly sparkling wine from the Piedmont region.
• Zabaione with Strevi Moscato Passito - Piedmontese dessert wine imparts honeyed sweetness and notes of ripe fruit. It’s made from sun-dried Muscat grapes.

Enjoy creamy zabaione straight from the jar or poured over fresh fruit. You can serve it chilled or gently warmed in a bain-marie. It’s delicious with panettone and sponge puddings.

Zabà is a shelf-stable zabaione range created by Alberto Marchetti. Alberto is a master gelato maker from Turin, Italy. The zabaione is made with the same recipe as his outstanding gelato. Alberto combines tradition and innovation with the finest Italian ingredients.

The product undergoes a double pasteurisation process. The jars are vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. Zabà zabaione is gluten and lactose-free.

Shake before opening. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within five days.
