• Sichuan chilli crisp oil - Fiery chilli oil with broad bean paste and crispy dried chilli. Spoon it over fried eggs or add it to dipping sauces.
  
• Garlic chilli oil - Cold-pressed rapeseed oil infused with garlic, chilli and ginger. You can cook with it or drizzle it over noodles and dim sum.

Yep Kitchen condiments are inspired by the bold flavours of Southwest China. Founder Tom Palmer spent a decade living in China before founding the business in 2022. Each product is made in small batches with carefully sourced ingredients from Chengdu. The result? Umami-rich chilli oils and ferments bursting with ‘fiery goodness’.
