Description

Yakiniku sauce for grilled meat is fantastic with smoky barbecued dishes. Use this sauce as a marinade and coat your meat or seafood before grilling. Try it with seared octopus or scallops, or with strips of chicken and steak.

This yakiniku sauce is made with soy and mirin and seasoned with Japanese sansho pepper. It has a rich umami flavour and sweet vinegar tang.
