Description

Vegetarian mock duck is a wheat-based meat alternative that’s fried and ready to eat. Made from wheat flour, the fried gluten is seasoned with soy sauce, sugar and soybean oil to create an umami flavour and chewy texture, similar to that of duck. 

As this mock duck comes pre-cooked, it’s best to add it directly to your dishes before serving. Serve it with spring onions and a sweet bean sauce as a vegetarian take on Cantonese roast duck, or enjoy the chunks with steamed rice.
