This natural strawberry puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a strawberry version of Pimms along with white wine and lemonade. Strawberry puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from pâtes de fruits to jams and jelly.
Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This strawberry puree is made from a blend of Honeoye, Elsanta and Symphony strawberries from the finest growers in Poland and Spain. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
Once open re-frigerate and consume within 8 days.
