Spanish date jam is a sweet preserve with caramel-like flavours to pair with cheese, crackers and cakes. Made predominantly with dates, this sweet jam is the perfect match for desserts and savoury dishes. Spread the Spanish jam over sourdough or crumpets for a fruity start to your day, pair with nutty manchego or use to sandwich together almond macaroons. This date jam also makes a wonderful pairing for lamb skewers – glaze over the meat before grilling.
