Alpenzu’s apricot and thyme jam is the perfect pairing for goat’s cheese, brie and pecorino. Made with only three ingredients – apricots, sugar and thyme – this sweet, fragrant jam is slowly cooked over a ​​bain marie to preserve the natural stone fruit flavours. As well as matching with cheese, this jam is wonderful added to pies, tarts and Danish pastries. Alternatively, spoon over French toast and yoghourt for an indulgent breakfast.
