Use SCANPAN’s silicone pastry brush to glaze pie lids and pastry. Silicone bristles trap more liquid than standard pastry brushes so you don’t have to dip as often. Liquids cling to the bristles, giving you great coverage and delicious results.
A must-have tool for cooks and bakers, this brush is sturdy and easy to grip. Use it to brush milk over dough or egg wash pasties and pretzels before baking. The bristles are also delicate enough to apply sweet glazes to delicate fruit tarts.
Designed with chefs in mind, this is a high quality kitchen tool. It has a carbonised ash handle with a smooth, natural finish.
The brush head is detachable and dishwasher safe. The handle should be washed by hand.
