Sabarot giant couscous is ready to eat in just 10 minutes. Made from durum wheat semolina, it has a subtle nutty flavour. Use it to make Mediterranean and Middle Eastern salads.
Giant couscous is also known as pearl or Israeli couscous. The semolina balls have a slight chew which is great in salads. Toss the couscous with tomatoes, parsley, mint and lemon for a twist on tabbouleh. It’s the perfect side dish for kebabs and kofte.
You can serve giant couscous as an alternative to rice or bulgur. Pair it with a Moroccan tagine or meatballs in a spiced tomato sauce.
