Use Ribiero Madeira sugar cane syrup to make honey cakes and biscuits. Made from sugar cane, this sweet honey is also a key ingredient in the traditional Madeiran drink, poncha. To make the drink, mix aguardente de cana with honey, sugar and orange juice. Sugar cane syrup also gives your biscuits and cakes a sweet taste and rich amber hue.
