Meet the maker: Poon's London

Poon's London is a love letter to Chinese cooking, family recipes and a remarkable culinary legacy. In 1973, Bill and Cecilia Poon opened their first London restaurant, later earning a Michelin star for their celebrated Covent Garden kitchen. Their daughter Amy grew up surrounded by food but never planned to join the family business. In 2018, she changed her mind, bringing Poon's back with a London pop-up.

Today, her range of Chinese sauces and pantry staples has earned multiple Great Taste Awards, bringing generations of family know-how into home kitchens.
