The pistachio oil is made from 100% pure, roasted, ground, and pressed pistachios. The rich, exotic pistachio flavours enhance seafood dishes – working beautifully with red mullet and prawns. And the pistachio oil's delicate sweetness also makes it a great accompaniment to lighter foods such as raspberries, avocados and crisp green beans. Pistachio oil can also be used in pastries or drizzled over ice-cream.
