Piccalilli, 240g

Description

Piccalilli is a punchy mustard pickle to serve alongside hard cheeses such as comte, or spread over wedges of sourdough and layer with cheddar cheese and leftover juicy ham. 

This crunchy condiment is made with diced cauliflower, peppers, onion and gherkins. Turmeric gives the pickle its golden yellow hue and vinegar gives it a tangy flavour.

Ingredients: Mixed diced vegetables (76%) (cauliflower, green and red peppers, silverskin onions, gherkins), distilled malt vinegar (barley), sugar, maize flour, ground mustard seed, yellow mustard seed, turmeric, ground ginger, sea salt.
