Rehydrate the selection of mushrooms, and use the mushroom stock in the risotto itself. All you need to bring to the dish is a little butter at the start, a touch of white wine, an onion, and a grating of Parmesan at the end. Finish the risotto with a drizzle of the truffle oil to enhance the mushroom flavours and tie the entire dish together.
The kit contains enough rice for 6-8 portions of risotto. Having mastered the dish you can then wow your friends.
