Moulins Mahjoub Artichoke Hearts in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 200g

Description

Moulins Mahjoub artichoke hearts are preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They are organically grown on their farm in the north of Tunisia. The artichokes are a local variety called Òviollette. 

The artichokes are flavoured with sea salt, garlic, lemon and herbs. You can add them to salads and Mediterranean antipasti platters. Pair them with dips, cheese and marinated vegetables.

Artichoke hearts are a tasty topping for pizza and crostini. You can also add them to tagines and chicken dishes. Try roasting them with potatoes as a side dish for grilled fish.

Moulins Mahjoub organic artichoke hearts received a Great Taste Award in 2025. The judges praised their ‘meaty texture’ and ‘deep, earthy flavour profile’ with none of the often coarse petals.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening.
