Maison Marc Espelette Chilli Pepper Mustard is a grainy, old-fashioned French mustard made on the Maison Marc farm in Chemilly-sur-Yonne, Burgundy. It starts with mustard seeds and a tomato-based sauce, then gets a gentle kick from PDO Espelette chilli pepper. Not a fierce chilli mustard. More of a warm, fruity heat that comes in after the mustard’s tang.
