Maglio combines tangy Amarena cherries with 60% dark chocolate. The smooth, bittersweet chocolate melts in the mouth to reveal a tangy cherry centre. This is a grown-up treat, bursting with wild cherry flavour.
Amarena cherries are black cherries that grow wild in the cities of Bologna and Modena. They have an intense sweet-sour flavour.
Enjoy these chocolate-covered cherries as a snack or serve with coffee after dinner. You can also use them as a topping for cakes, pastries and ice cream sundaes.
About Maglio
Established in 1875, Maglio is a family-owned chocolate company based in Lecce, Puglia. They use sustainably grown cocoa, working directly with small local cocoa farmers. The Maglio range has something to suit every palate, from bars and pralines to chocolate-covered fruit.
