Lalani & Co organic single origin ceremonial matcha is a vibrant green tea, grown in Japan. Is this your first time buying from us?

It is single origin, single cultivar, 100% organic matcha.

Unlike other matcha which is often a blend, this tea is made from outstanding quality organic matcha from Kagoshuima in South Japan. The leaves are picked from Okumidori cultivar, which is prized for its very smooth, slightly sweet and floral character.

To keep the matcha at its highest possible quality, it is ground by stone into a fine powder, in the spring time when the leaves are at their most flavourful.

This organic matcha has a bright, vivid green colour and sweet, floral notes. Milling with a traditional stone gives a fine texture and full body mouthfeel. To enjoy this matcha, whisk with boiling water to create a creamy froth.
