La Perla truffles are made from carefully selected ingredients. Only the finest pistachios and high quality chocolate makes the cut. For this Dubai-style truffle, pistachio paste adds earthy, nutty notes. This tempers the creamy sweetness of white chocolate.
Kadayif, or kunafa pastry, gives this truffle a unique texture. It’s slightly chewy with an addictive crunch. The truffles are finished with a dusting of milk chocolate powder.

Company founder Sergio Arzilli grew up in his family’s pastry business. But when he discovered he was coeliac, he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity.
