This range of intense colours was developed by Stéphane Klein, the World Champion sugar-craft artist, who makes spectacular sculptures from coloured and blown sugar from his studio in Belfort, north-east France. Deco'relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, in cakes, macarons, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams, sweets and chocolates.
The black food colour is water soluble. For maximum effect, dilute in a small amount of water before use. Recommended use is 1tsp of colouring in 1tsp water to colour 2kg of sugar. Contains 50g, or approx 60ml, or 12 tsp - enough for 24kg sugar.
