The Pickle Tickle Pickle Salt by Goat Rodeo Goods brings the tang and salty snap of a dill pickle to anything that needs waking up. Pickles that don’t make the grade are dried, then mixed with Cornish Sea Salt Flakes. It is sharp, savoury and unmistakably pickly.

Goat Rodeo Goods makes pickles, preserves, condiments and seasonings with plenty of crunch, sharpness and punch. The aim is simple: make basic food banging!
Founders Kat and Lucy work from a farm in the wild west of Scotland. The idea began with surplus crops from their farm and nearby growers. Rather than let good vegetables end up on the compost heap, they turned them into pickles and preserves.
Everything is developed in-house, then made by hand in small batches. Expect cucumber pickles, pickled onions, spice blends, rubs and flavoured salts.
