Description

Gli Artisti della Pasta IGP Fusilli Capri is a long, tightly curled pasta from Gragnano in Campania. Made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water, it is bronze-drawn to give each spiral a rough, porous surface that helps sauces cling. Its Pasta di Gragnano IGP status links it to the town’s protected pasta-making heritage.

The pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures and cooks in 8 minutes. Put those long curls to work with a rich tomato sauce, a slow-cooked ragù or a creamy mushroom sauce – all good partners for this generous, sauce-holding shape.

  • Long, tightly curled fusilli associated with Capri and Campania
  • Made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
  • Bronze-drawn for a rough surface that holds sauce
  • Slowly dried at low temperatures using artisanal methods

Meet the maker: Fabbrica Della Pasta

Gli Artisti della Pasta comes from Gragnano, a small Italian town near Naples that's been making pasta for centuries. Founded in 1976, this family-run business takes its pasta quality seriously, but has plenty of fun with the shapes. From giant spirals to pasta shells big enough to stuff, they make over 150 different varieties.

Most start with just two ingredients: Italian durum wheat and pure spring water. The pasta is shaped using traditional bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperatures, giving it a rough texture that catches every drop of sauce. We love Gli Artisti della Pasta for its combination of quality and fun shapes. A family business keeping Gragnano's pasta-making heritage alive.
