Giuseppe Giusti’s cooked grape must is an Italian condiment with a rich, fruity flavour. Known as saba, must is the name given to freshly pressed grape juice, containing the skins, stems and stems of the grapes. It is thick and syrupy with the intense aroma of grapes and honey.
