Frantoi Cutrera green Nocellara olives are harvested in sunny Sicily. Native to the island, Nocellara olives are prized for their firm flesh and intense flavour. 

Frantoi Cutrera uses a traditional brining process to enhance the natural flavour of the olives. It also preserves their crisp, meaty texture. They can be rinsed before serving to reduce their salinity.

Serve green Nocellara olives with drinks before dinner. They’re a delicious accompaniment to a cold beer or Aperol spritz. You can also add them to a cheese or charcuterie board.

Add whole or chopped olives to salads and tray bake suppers. We like to press them into focaccia dough before baking.
