Frantoi Cutrera black Nocellara olives are the perfect pre-dinner nibble. They’re grown in Sicily and harvested when they’re fully ripe. Native to the island, Nocellara olives have a fleshy texture and bold, slightly bitter flavour. 

Serve the plump, dark olives with nuts and fancy crisps. Add them to a Mediterranean grazing board. Or, chop them up to add to salads and pasta sauces. They’re delicious on pizza, too.

The brine keeps the olives fresh and juicy, without altering their natural flavour. If you’re sensitive to salt, rinse them in water before serving.
