Description

If you love olive oil that tells a story, try Forvm Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is a single-varietal Arbequina from Avgvstvs Forvm in Tarragona, Spain. Olives are harvested early-October, while still green-to preserve freshness, aroma, and flavour. You taste bright fruit, subtle bitterness, gentle spice.

  • Family producer since 1982
  • Arbequina, a mild olive known for fruitiness and gentle character
  • Harvest & milling: early harvest (October)

Because it’s fresh and fruit-forward, this olive oil really shines. Try it drizzled over heirloom tomatoes with flaky salt, splash on fresh fish, or toast with ripe avocado. It’s also lovely just with good bread-dip and savour.

Meet the maker: Forvm

Forvm vinegar comes from the Roca family’s vineyard in Penedès – west of Barcelona. It started as a small winery but when the family tasted an old, abandoned barrel of wine they realised what excellent vinegar the grapes produced - so changed tack. The thirty year old company has built up a cult following - its vinegars have featured on many Nobel Peace Prize dinner menus, and are used in some of the world’s top kitchens, such as El Bulli.

Product formulations and details may change. For the latest ingredients and allergen information always check product packaging prior to consumption. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (arbequina).

Keep in a cool place, preserved from light.
