Flying Goose’s sriracha chilli sauce with Galangal is their signature hot sauce with a sour-sharp tang of Galangal. Galangal is also known as Thai or Siamese ginger, and is a popular ingredient in Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian food. It has a similar sharp-sweetness to ginger, but offers more intensity with peppery notes. It compliments the fiery heat of sriracha for a delicious sour spicy sauce. 

Drizzle this Galangal sriracha chilli over pork Bao buns or on avocado sourdough toast. Combine it with soy sauce and sesame oil for an instant stir-fry seasoning, or use as a dipping sauce for gyoza and vegetable tempura.
