To celebrate their 70th anniversary, Fiasconaro released the Montenero panettone. It’s a modern interpretation of the first panettones the company made. Made with the finest Italian ingredients, it’s a stunning centrepiece for your table.

The panettone has a unique mountain-like shape. The naturally leavened dough is enriched with cocoa powder and Sicilian chocolate. It has a distinctive dark colour and chocolatey flavour. Fiasconaro adds Sicilian lemon paste for a hint of citrus tang.

The box also contains chocolate nougat and zingy lemon marmalade. There’s even a bag of icing sugar and a sprinkling tool so you can dust your panettone.

About Fiasconaro

Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company.
