Fallot Dijon mustard is a fiery French condiment flavoured with fresh basil. Mix it with olive oil, garlic and white wine vinegar to create a zesty vinaigrette for green salads and juicy tomatoes. The subtle basil flavour also works well in marinades for meat and seafood before grilling.
Add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to mac and cheese, scrambled eggs or a frittata with roasted vegetables. You can also stir it through mayonnaise for dunking French fries and chicken tenders.
