Esagoncelli is a modern, short, hexagonal pasta shape. It’s a unique creation from La Fabbrica della Pasta. The flat sides create corners that trap rich sauces.
This unusual pasta shape is sure to get guests talking. Treat it like ditaloni or mezzi rigatoni. It’s delicious with amatriciana sauce flavoured with crispy guanciale.

The company produces over 150 different pasta shapes. Most are made from two ingredients: Italian durum wheat and pure spring water. For some special shapes, the dough is flavoured with squid ink, truffle and chilli.
