Emma Basic Koshi Haruki Sushi Rice
Description
Good sushi starts with the rice, and this one gets the texture just right. Emma Basic's Koshi Haruki cooks up glossy, sticky and still nicely firm, so it is ideal for neat rolls, rice bowls and everyday dinners.
- Premium short-grain Japonica rice from Vietnam
- Sticky-yet-firm texture for shaping sushi
- Winner of a 2025 Great Taste 3-star award
Emma Basic Koshi Haruki Sushi Rice is available in two sizes: 500g and 5kg.
Rinse well, then cook and season with sushi vinegar for maki, nigiri, temaki or chirashi bowls. The grains hold together neatly without turning mushy.
It is just as useful with katsu curry, teriyaki salmon or grilled vegetables. In everyday Japanese cooking, good rice is the heart of the meal.
