De Buyer Elastomoule moulds are made from high quality silicone foam with metal powder. This means you get the same great golden-browning results as metal bakeware, but with the added non-stick benefits of silicone. The perforations in the mould are De Buyer’s patented R’System - they allow hot air to circulate to ensure perfectly even cooking. The silicone mould supports temperatures from -70°C to +300°C, so you can use it in the oven, in a bain marie, or in the freezer.

For best results, use the mini half sphere mould on a perforated baking tray. The mould makes 20 hemispheres that are each 1.5cm high and 3cm in diameter.
