Silikomart Silicone Canele Mould, 8 Caneles

Use Silikomart’s silicone canelé mould to bake the elegant French pastries. This flexible silicone mould has the traditional cylinder design and dipped top printed within it. 

To use the mould, pipe or pour your rum-rich batter into each mould and bake. Once cooled, carefully pop the sponges from the mould to reveal the elegant individual canelé. Alternatively, glaze the moulds with melted chocolate before pouring in the batter. It makes a cocoa twist on canelé.
