Bravoleum captures the wonderful character of Spanish olive oil, from the fresh, grassy aromas of newly picked olives to the gentle peppery warmth that lingers on the tongue. Made by Hacienda El Palo in Jaén, the heart of Spain's olive-growing country, these extra virgin olive oils are a celebration of flavour, with notes of green tomato, fresh herbs, almond and artichoke across the range.

The olives are grown in the family's own groves, carefully tended throughout the year and cold-extracted to preserve their natural freshness and aroma. Bravoleum takes inspiration from the Spanish tradition of panaceite – the simple pleasure of enjoying good olive oil with fresh bread. Pour a little into a shallow dish, tear off a piece of crusty bread and savour every peppery, fruity drop.
